I have never been to Ada Oklahoma, but I'm guessing that there really aren't a plethora of entertainment options available. So in this case it makes plenty of sense to upgrade the facilities of one of those options.
Nice story, but it's all relative to location.
Global Gaming is based in Ada. Not sure why it matters. Remington is in Oklahoma City and Lone Star is in Dallas/Fort Worth.
