I don't understand people who would rather choose to be broke, with no money for schools, programs, etc., than allow gambling. Bible belt.

![]() It was actually a "trick" bill in that Williams wanted a constitutional ammendment to ask for a vote of the people. The "trick" with this deal is that I believe it takes 2/3 majority to get an ammendment to the constitution which of course we all know would never pass. He is a trickster.
