Points of interest between Illinois and Florida
I have a friend that is getting married in March '09 and wants to drive from central Illinois to south Florida making stops along the way.
Any points of interest you guys would recommend. ...and it needs to be wheelshair accessible sincere responses appreciated but not expected

Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain are really nice and are the halfway point.

seriously...smokey mountains are worth a look. i'd have to look on a map for the exact route they'd be taking tho...
as far as once in fla, st augustine has always been a favorite spot of mine.
