Actually this poster absolutely embodies the characteristics of most of the folks I've met who are Empire supporters.

I dont care who gets it. I just hope they dont do anything with the state bred program. I thinking about partnering with a group to buy a NY bred.

cool, you should be able to find a nicely bred horse at a reasonable price that can compete.

the best proposal far and away right now is empire. and there's more to come next week as Empire unveils a plan for breeding improvements in upstate NY.
