They play at Clippers at OKC at Miami and at Chicago, they are home vs Portland, Miami and Indiana. This is just the next 10 games. If they get through this 6-4 I think they get the #1 seed. There schedule goes super soft after this stretch.
They are essentially 5 games behind OKC as it stands today. 4 games behind and 0-2 versus OKC this year which is the 1st tiebreaker. The 2nd tiebreaker is comference record and they are 6 games behind OKC there. The chance of them making up 5 games on OKC with 25 to go is highly unlikely and impossible if they go 6-4 over the next 10 considering that OKC has 2 games left with Cleveland, 2 more with the Lakers, a game with Philly, 2 more with Sacramento, 2 with New Orleans, a home game with Denver, Utah, Charlotte and Detroit. That is 13 games that OKC will be prohibitive favs in. If they split their tough games and blew 2 of these easy ones that is still 17-8 and Houston would still have to go 22-3 to make up the difference.

at Clippers, Miami, Indiana, Portland, at OKC, at Chicago, Clippers, at Toronto, OKC, San Antonio

You seriously think they are going to win 7 out of these 10 AND win every other game?

And that is if OKC goes 17-8 which is close to a worst case scenario. If they go 19-6 Houston has to go 24-1.

Lets put it this way....It aint gonna happen unless Durant gets kidnapped. And even then it is a longshot.

I would've thought he'd go to the Heat to kind of stick it to Indiana since he was supposedly not too happy about being traded.

Rivers used an interesting strategy last night down the stretch by using Paul as a decoy to draw Beverly who is their only non awful defending guard, and Collison torched Harden three times to close out the game. Granted his hand may have been forced by Jamal Crawford being injured earlier in the game but if they meet again in the playoffs I'm sure Rivers wont forget.

Would Jimmer Fridette be a good pick up for the Bulls?

Couldn't hurt
They need someone who can shoot and have enough top defenders to hide him on the other end

They are playing good ball. Huge win last night, I think they have won 7 of 8 with the only loss being Miami.
