I will be making my biggest wager ever on them vs whoever they play in the BCS title game. Bama minus 14, Georgia minus 10. COMICAL, REALLY. I would play Notre Dame in a pick.

What do you think?

I've made bets with people in the past on the board (ask GPK) and lost and sent him a check that week. It doesn't have to be difficult.
You've struck again.

$100 donation to Old Friends. Here is the link.

http://www.oldfriendsequine.org/how-to-help.html

Remember, you have until January 21st to make the donation and the donation needs to be proved to one of the mods of the board....or you are gone (again).

On the bright side, for $100 you can sponsor one of the horses and get a picture of whatever horse you choose. Wouldn't it be nice to have a picture of Commentator? Plus, you'll be doing a good thing.

Bama beat the snot out of ND. I've gotten more joy this year from ND than ever before. Part of my enjoyment was the smack talk I was able to provide. I feel good and am only sad that a season like this might not come again, although I'm confident it will. GO IRISH!

I'm sure this is a stupid question, but why do two guys wear #5?

for me It was just one more reason to root for Bama.

Unless you happen to be ND playing at home in OT against Pitt...then they miss that call

Score shows it probably didn't matter but who knows, on ND's first drive Eifert clearly caught the ball before going out of bounds but the refs flubbed that call.

And I still think it should be 7-0 Alabama but Notre Dames ball on their 30 yard line after the fumbled punt and terrible interference call by the refs yet again. Momentum would have been huge.

I think your last post was correct, lets not play the what if game. ND was just not physically up to the task. They were beat by a better more physical team. A few calls would not have changed the outcome. ND had a great year.

I agree Alabama was the better team and NDs only chance was to catch breaks and gain momentum. Can everyone agree the refs blew that fumbled punt? Things would have looked alot better and it would have at least been 7-3 if not 7-7 early and who knows way might have happened.
