regardless of what happens in the SECCG, BAMA's had another good year. the seniors are playing for thier 2nd SECC and 3rd NC ring in 4yrs. pretty good career!

as for nd, they're Still the WORST team in the top 10 and osu is the second worst.
So let me save everyone the time now... The jokes will be Notre Dame has no shot now, the mush has hit again. Blah Blah Blah... That’s fine, I know what I’m talking about though. Notre Dame is legit. I will be making my biggest wager ever on them vs whoever they play in the BCS title game. Bama minus 14, Georgia minus 10. COMICAL, REALLY. I would play Notre Dame in a pick.
Let’s look at this. Start with Oklahoma.... The 2 weeks before playing ND Oklahoma scored 63 and 52 points. The 4 weeks since losing at home to ND as a 14 point favorite Oklahoma has scored 35,42,50 and 51 points going 4-0 since. I think these numbers speak pretty favorably of ND's defense. Let’s now look at Michigan St, and I’ll be honest they have been a complete disappointment. I checked 3 different preseason polls. They were ranked anywhere from 8th-16th in the country. In a way they are fascinating to me at least. Other than the ND loss they have lost 5 games by a combined 13 points. The Northwestern loss bad. The other 3 are to Nebraska, Wisconsin and undefeated Ohio St. Notre Dame buried Michigan St 20-3. Far and away Michigan St’s worst loss of the season. Stanford next. I believe this is a top 6-8 team in the country right now. If there was an 8 team playoff Stanford could win it. Solid football team. They have a bad loss at Washington, they were a 9 point road favorite. Other than that they have been rock solid. They have an NFL running back, and according to Foxsports.com they have 5 other NFL players on the roster. Since losing to Notre Dame they have won 6 games in a row w/ 3 of those wins coming against teams who were ranked 15th or higher at that time. Stanford is legit. They were somehow a 22 point dog at Oregon…. Call it a red board, but this guy crushed that. Even had some cash money line. Maybe I’m too high on Stanford but I believe they are a rock solid top team. I’m not going to mention any more teams. Everyone beat USC this year. Michigan was down. I find this interesting though. Notre Dame beat 3 teams that are in the BCS top 19 right now. The SEC teams that everyone loves……..
Georgia beat 1 team in the current BCS top 25. 1 team that was Florida. Alabama beat Michigan and LSU. I don’t get all the hate for the Notre Dame schedule. Notre Dame would beat Texas A&M right now, anywhere they played them. Alabama lost to them in Tuscaloosa. Back to Georgia that team played a joke of a schedule. Any sensible non SEC homer can see this. Georgia played 2 good teams all year. They got destroyed by South Carolina and they barely beat Florida. I really wish Florida had beat Georgia, because Florida is the best team out of the SEC. Unfortunate they lost the head 2 head. Bottom line is Notre Dame is a great team. A great defense and a good enough offense. The Ohio St hate is comical also. It comes from one of this boards true gems, so I will refrain from defending them. Let’s be clear about them….. They will win a National Championship within the next 2 years. Urban Meyer is that good, and Braxton Miller will be that good.
