When does the bet cash in? I mean, does the loser leave immediately or on Inauguration Day?

When Romney takes Pennsylvania or Ohio, I will tune in for once to MSNBC solely to see Chris Matthews have a full blown nervous breakdown on the air.

I'd hate to miss that same reaction here on Derby Trail from the Obamabots.
