Voting is not a privilege. Voting is a Constitution Right. Those two things are not the same. The only requirement for voting in this country is to be an American Citizen. i don't know about that now....there are plenty of both to go around. and what's 'informed' mean? for instance, if someone was clinging to the opinion that obama is muslim, would that mean he was or wasn't informed?
