The Ravens toughest test in the playoffs was when they beat the division champion Titans 24-10. Dilfer and Banks combined to go 5-for-17 passing with 0 TD's and 3 sacks. The Ravens running game managed only 49 combined yards rushing. They had just 6 first downs the entire game. Yet, they won 24-10 thanks to a blocked field goal returned for a TD and a Ray Lewis 50 yard INT for a TD on a play where he basically ripped the ball right out of Eddie George's hands. Great memories. Indian Charlie knows how big of a fan I was of the 2000 Ravens all season long. That was one of the last nice future wagers I've cashed on sports betting. |
