I understand Israel's lack of comment more than I do our condemnation. That is unless it's an 'official' lie. I also consider our comment as supportive.

see, i just don't see israel so much as an ally as a dependant. do they perform a service in return for all we give? doubt it, probably a lousy ROI. our fleet over in that region is in bahrain-now, that's an ally.

I'm sure much of our middle eastern 'dirty work' is done by Mossad.
