Except for the fact they are on private property. If the landowner corporation agrees to let them stay then I'm also fine with it.

Well, no, they were in Times Square. As the sentence said. And the "private property" of the park has a deed for public use.

This will go over Dell's head, as I'm sure he has no idea who "We are The 53%" started by Erik Eriksson of Red State are (the point of the 5th panel in the comic), but what the heck, Tom Tomorrow is hilarious ...
