As her lead counsel stated in his close...this case is where reasonable doubt lives! Easy to be critical when it's not you holding the very life of a young woman in your hands, the prosecution was arrogant in court and fell short of providing proof...if you feel someone is to blame, I'd start there!

no thanks, I'll blame the bitch who killed her kid and dumped her in the woods in a trash bag.

this is a travesty. the defense was allowed to make up anything they wanted to, based off no evidence, and it worked for them. you shouldnt be allowed to blatenly lie in court. and I hope Cindy gets charged with lying.

The defense doesn't have to prove anything....just throw sh'it against the wall and hope something sticks in the minds of jurors....
