guilty or not guily?

Sad case, my prayers go out to the little girl who's life ended so tragically, I have no opinion on Casey's guilt or innocence, have seen recaps of testimony but that hardly put me in a position to judge...soon we will know the jury's decision.

If you're asking - what will the jury's decision be - who can predict?

She's obviously guilty of something pretty significant - when she doesn't call police for 31 days.... and lies about everything....If it was an accident, why not call police immediately???

A case this complicated... when many experts are not agreeing on the facts versus circumstantial evidence...how will the jury react?

While I believe that she is guilty of murder one, in the end, I believe that she will be not be given the death penalty since the entire Anthony family obviously have some psychological issues....

That's why this is the greatest nation on earth, because we don't convict if there is reasonable doubt...all the haters can cry all they want, the jury looked at the evidence and said, "NO"...end of story! We don't send a young woman to her death because we THINK she's guilty, because in our opinion she acts guilty, we have a higher standard than that...thank god we do!

As her lead counsel stated in his close...this case is where reasonable doubt lives! Easy to be critical when it's not you holding the very life of a young woman in your hands, the prosecution was arrogant in court and fell short of providing proof...if you feel someone is to blame, I'd start there!

of course she did it. no one else could have. She just got lucky that the body wasnt found until it was fully decomposed so they couldnt rule on the matter of death. she got lucky that she dumped the being she gave birth to in the woods so she wasnt found for 6 months.

this is a travesty. the defense was allowed to make up anything they wanted to, based off no evidence, and it worked for them. you shouldnt be allowed to blatenly lie in court. and I hope Cindy gets charged with lying.

The defense doesn't have to prove anything....just throw sh'it against the wall and hope something sticks in the minds of jurors....

Now everyone in America knows how to handle the situation of unwanted children. How to cover it up, what to do with body, how to lie to the police, and the sum of it all...... How to get away with it.

their only 'defense' was the child drowned, and that the accidental death was made to look like a homicide. what kind of bs defense is that? and then the judge ruled they couldn't even mention it in closing, as it wasn't even close to being proven.

the woman lied from beginning to end-and now she walks. horrendous.
