Sure why not round them up w/e's and summers and have a sort of boot camp? Call them America's Youth Troops.

My 6yo girl goes to a private school where they require you to sign up for the meal plan at $800 a year. She weighs 34 lbs, so she couldn't eat $800 worth of food in 3 years. They say it's a safety issue after some kid with a nut allergy swapped lunches for peanut butter some years ago.
