My master plan will boot able bodied scammers off the trough, not people in true need of assistance. They are already robbing people by scamming welfare in the first place. Middle class, and wealthy people account for as much, or more crime than the so-called poor.

My Master Plan is to hit a 20.00 Super Bet on the Derby.... Just like your plan the devil is in the details and the chances of executing are virtually nil. How would you implement your master plan without spending more of our tax dollars than you are going to save?
