![]() I saw Borel had Elite Alex stacked up about 7 wide on the far turn - at least he got him out of the gate this time though. All of the money came in on that horse.

![]() You're focusing on the wides....yet it was the horse on the rail that was given no chance.

![]() I would need to watch it again - I was pretty much only focusing on 3 different horses... and didn't get much of a feel from the track announcer.
Once I look over the pars and make my pace number is when I like to watch a race seriously because that way I feel like I have an idea where the strong and weak points of the race are. |

![]() I realize calling races is a difficult job, nut that was horrendous.

![]() I watched it a few times... I just think Ramon got stuck in a bad spot. He was in perfect position until the race fell into his lap and everyone swarmed. I generally prefer he waits in a spot like that, than go five wide onto the far turn. Today was a prep, not the real deal yet. Elite Alex can move forward off his wide trip too.

![]() It gets a lot more difficult when you can't see and can't remember anything.

![]() You know, you have the advantage of 3 camera angles in HD, etc etc etc ad nauseum. I'm sure it's a lot harder than you think in real time, etc etc etc.

![]() Von Hemel has a couple of runners this spring.... he had the roughest trip of all and I missed it the first few times through.
