I was on that last train from Bay Meadows, very sad day. I will wait for the DVD, seeing it in a theatre will make me cry.

He's doing very well, all healed up and just as playful as ever. He's a smart horse. We're starting discussions with Sharla at the Second Race to see about finding him a "forever" home, since there really is no reason for him to stay at GEVA now that he's all healed up. He can be retrained and ridden (just not jumped). He's also good with kids, so he'd make somebody a good pleasure horse. We'd keep him, but it's kind of hard to do in the Bay Area unless you own significant land.
