I think that it will be a done deal before they do anything. Only the truly naive think that state or local govt aren't in the pockets of large corps like Penn National gaming. It may take a few years but he is setting the table for the future when the opportune time occurs.

I dont see takeout ever being decreased to a level that will attract so much more handle. It would have to be cut by at least a third to have such a dramatic impact. Doubling Penn's handle is more a function of ditching the 5 claimers which aint happening so fast. there are 15oo head on the grounds 800 of which should have another career

Very disappointing to have bean counters in the position that this guy from Penn is in . No imagination, no creativity, all negative , depressed opinions .
