Yeah, her last start at HP will possibly be her last start.

I have always thought they might go after the huge purse in the Dubai World Cup.
Then they could breed her afterward.

In honor of Randy Moss - I am planning a big pep rally speech during the national anthem - where I will implore all nearby horseplayers "Let's go to war! Crackers! Time to cash some fucl<ing bets! Crackers!"

When my meal comes I will flip out on the waitress and say "What is this sh!t? I wouldn't feed this to my dog!"

After my first BC win - I will log on here and post about how I'm not appreciated enough and how some of you don't want to see me do good.

After the card is over - I will come back here and conduct my own press confrence - where I will be asking myself questions and answering them.

I would encourage all others to do the same. We need to support Randy in these tough and uncertain times.

I don't think the Mosses want to let her go.

This morning on the radio show a question came up regarding the quality of the ESPN broadcast and I was thinking that Randy Moss was a knowledgeable handicapper who was fairly articulate, Jerry Bailey gave a unique jockey perspective, Kenn Mayne was a clown and Hank Goldberg was someone you could ignore. So I guess, based on this attack that I missed something about Randy and maybe I should pay more attention to the "hammer".

As much as I would personally enjoy that, they'd have to cross the Pyrenees AND the Alps in a flight route through Europe...

She will scratch on Saturday. After a week of his mare being the media darling, he gets to take her back to SoCal still unbeaten. Soon thereafter an announcement will be made of an open stakes race going 10 furlongs at Hollywood in December to be run in primetime on CBS. Hollywood can call it the Champions Invitational, and invite horses they know won't show up plus the usual bums in SoCal. Following the victory, Moss will announce that Zenyatta will race twice in 2011, with the Santa Anita Handicap and Apple Blossom on her dance card.

There's one thing missing from your scenario.

The excuse, err, I mean reason, that she will scratch.

Tired from the flight over the Rockies, lights scare her, she is too good to race on a track that isn't 100% perfect, she has a minor injury and it would be wrong to put her in a dangerous situation after she has given so much to racing, etc. The zetards will lap it up, since she is the champ and they should have to fly to SoCal to face her, not the other way around.

The unbeaten record is everything to her connections. Why risk losing when so many in the racing media are ready to hand her HOY regardless of what she does on Saturday.

She has shipped all the way to Louisville before only to be scratched because of the track. So it isn't like they don't have a history of doing it.

I wouldn't be shocked if they challenge the Classic winner to a race in SoCal. They have no shame.
