After the draw, in an informal conversation with some media, Jerry Moss said that Saturday's Classic is NOT necessarily Zenyatta's last race. Moss said they haven't begun to think about breeding plans, and that 'after the race the team will sit down at a nice dinner and talk it over.' When asked for a clarification, Moss reiterated...

If she doesn't seal up HOY with a Classic win and it's a quasi-upset by a longshot, maybe another race this year? Please tell me it's not another campaign in CA. If she gets 20-20, I don't see how they could possibly keep her going. Is there a G1 race that's over a mile left on the calendar?

In honor of Randy Moss - I am planning a big pep rally speech during the national anthem - where I will implore all nearby horseplayers "Let's go to war! Crackers! Time to cash some fucl<ing bets! Crackers!"

This morning on the radio show a question came up regarding the quality of the ESPN broadcast and I was thinking that Randy Moss was a knowledgeable handicapper who was fairly articulate, Jerry Bailey gave a unique jockey perspective, Kenn Mayne was a clown and Hank Goldberg was someone you could ignore. So I guess, based on this attack that I missed something about Randy and maybe I should pay more attention to the "hammer".

They didn't go to New York, I don't think a PassPort is on the horizon.

As much as I would personally enjoy that, they'd have to cross the Pyrenees AND the Alps in a flight route through Europe...
