Mastercard still can be used fairly reliably for funding at You Bet or Twin Spires.
Green Pack money cards have a one time $4.95 fee and cannot be reloaded though they are extremely easy to find at 7-11's or CVS pharmacies to name a few of the many places they are available. Twin Spires is going to a one time $5 fee for all credit card transactions very soon rather than the 3.92% or thereabouts. It all seems to change monthly lately.....
