The Henny Hughes at Belmont might have been as if not more impressive. Totally dead on the board and (I think) the first Darley two-year-old winner in the U.S. this year. Should be a fig in the high 80s.

Mid 80s sounds right to me too.

Unlike the Ward horse I bet he races again.

It looks like it came in right around 90.

No dude. When I am posting like you, it's done with, at least I thought, a not so subtle streak of mockery.

Thought that's what I saw at first asking. Could care less what the time was that day...Came back today and drowned them for fun.

The time was not that great today either but she couldn't have done it any easier.

She walked home though, the early fractions were much faster then the boys. She had everything go her way, and I was not that impressed with her finish.

Is .19 seconds to the half "much faster"?

I could be very wrong but how often do Ward horses string together many good races or seasons in a row? I am trying to think of many that flashed brilliant early show of speed and then did I see them the following year or years?

Depends which Ward you are talking about.

Nevermind...no it doesn't.

She was visually impressive again, but crawled home. She looked better than the Iroqouis winner though.
