She has the exact same rights as everyone else does and as a free adult in the US she made poor enough choices that she should pay for with her life if that is what the law in the state decrees. But if you are going to be given every other right that every other law abiding citizen has then the right to die for your crime should be granted as well. If you are sane enough to be greedy, you are sane enough to pay the price.

I have to agree with this......she knows the diff betwwen right and wrong. It's touchy cuz she's been ruled to have diminished capacity....but that doesnt mitigate guilt..
