He should definitely not be discounted especially since the other side is not fielding a strong ticket either. I think that Abramson is probably pretty unpopular out in the state so it should be interesting. The bottom line for me is the horse industry. I really hate to see the states "calling card" be so easily discarded. Horse racing will survive at CD and Keeneland but the "average joe" (owners and trainers) will be forced out of the game or out of state along with lots and lots of jobs.
