That is actually really good, I went to the gym with my sister last week and I walked/ran 1.2 miles in 90 minutes, I felt good afterwards.

I did 3 sets of 5/ 65lb deadlifts yesterday.

I would assume by now Phil will spend some quiet time reflecting on recent events. What other possible response could there be to RHT and CP coming to your defense?

I've witnessed some pretty pathetic butthurt on the internet in the past 15 or so years and that is definitely top 5 material.

Now that CP has capitulated and RHT is giving out throwouts in the Sunday play around thread, maybe we can get back to the Beyers.

What should Blind Luck get, and why? Phil says 115, but I'm sure even he knows deep down that is absurd. I think it might be a few points low at 94, but no more than that.
