According to the stewards’ ruling, Desormeaux was suspended for one day, July 1, and fined $100 "for providing a breath analysis sample in excess of the allowable limit (.020 milligrams of alcohol in .100 milliliters of blood).

According to the DRF article:

For purposes of comparison, motor vehicle operators in Ontario face a charge of impaired driving if they blow over .08 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. A reading between .05 and .08 results in a roadside license suspension of three to seven days.
