![]() I think I've posted before, but at little Ascot Park near Cleveland a horse named Hit Head seemed to be a regular in the "exotic" Daily Doubles (the ONLY exotics in the early 1960's).
The track announcer seemed to savor the opportunity to have a stretch call with a somewhat slurred "and here comessssSSS..Hit Head!" |
