Because they arent citizens.....they should be tried in a military court , they should not be given the same rights as say a regular killer. This country should of taken of the above countries long time ago. Maybe there would less terrorists roaming around the world. Just maybe 9-11 would not of happened. I would go back on active duty if I was able to go on a ship that is bombing one of those wannabe countries. Im thinking North Korea should be added to the list.
