probably if he has any kind of legit contract/case. altho quite often a verbal agreement is airtight. or he might just say 'lesson learned' and move on. still a shame tho.

I would think if Miller was listed as the trainer on record for the race,the money should have been paid to his account,shouldn't it??Or are they at the mercy of the owner?
If he is not paid,it will sure look ugly for McCarthy when word gets around like it is.

That is completely not true. They simply dont WANT to get involved.

Ironically enough it is like Ken Ramsey still owns the horse...
