Naw. Even Churchill woudn't cash an Arlington ticket for me.
Go on the track website, it will tell you to photocopy the ticket for your records, and give you the address to mail it to (the mutuals department of the track) and they'll mail you a check.

I would even consider spending the extra couple of $ and send it certified and return receipt and maybe even insured if it a a BIG ticket.
