so that part isn't out of context, but the part about raising cap gains being on hold is? so, he's going to lower our taxes...but not raise any on the rich, and pay for all that wonderful new stuff he promised. this i gotta see. gonna be AWESOME. we can rename the usa utopia. i don't know how i'll sleep tonite.
