Oh yeah, the husband had a DWI back in '84. Not that I care, I'm 45 yo and had my one DWI about the time. It was the day Lil E Tee won the Kentucky Derby.

Governor Palin’s] oldest girl is rumored to have actually been the one who had the last baby, the one with Down’s Syndrome. She was taken out of school the last 4 or 5 months of her mother’s pregnancy.

On March 5th, 2008 Alaska’s Republican Governor, Sarah Palin, announced to the media that she was 7 months pregnant with her 5th child. She is currently 44.

Palin’s daughter Bristol is 16 and attends an Anchorage high school. Students who have attended class with her report that she has been out of school for months, claiming a prolonged case of mono.

Palin does not appear pregnant in any recent photographs. The announcement came as quite a shock to people who had worked closely with her, and have been quoted as saying that she did not appear pregnant whatsoever during the prior 7 months.

Circumstantial evidence is certainly there for the rumors that the already born baby(with Down's Syndrome) is actually the daughter's, too

Out of school 4-5 months with mono? Mom doesn't look pregnant, but Bristol does

Maybe that alcoholic father is to blame for these pregnancies

My head is spinning

This is the same daughter with the bun in the oven now? That would make this girl a pretty damn busy girl.

Ok, so this is completely crazy and I don't think it's even that plausible -- but I've been doing my fair share of reading today about all this. The absolute fringe conspiracy theorists can only possibly be right about the daughter also being Trig's mom if she mysteriously miscarries this baby before she ever shows any signs of being pregnant. Then they can say this whole current pregnancy was cooked up as a story to show that she couldn't possibly have been Trig's mother, and the miscarriage is the way out of not actually having to produce another child.

I don't buy it for a second, but you know the blogosphere is going to implode on itself if god forbid this girl doesn't carry her baby to term. Then it'll get ugly.

I hope this becomes a non-issue, even though there's quite obviously the sex ed conversation, and the conversation about how everyone's getting all righteous about leaving her alone....thing for two seconds if one of Obama's daughters was 17 and got pregnant right now. Case closed, your Limbaughs, Malkins, Coulters, Hannitys, all of them would have a field day with it, a black man with a pregnant teen daughter......the race would be over by morning.

Interesting how that works.

They said this PALIN LADY had the amnio done early, and had a long time to deal with the fact that she was gunna have a down s kid. There has to be records of all that being done. I wonder why she didn't make it known she was pregnant until March though. Maybe they were considering aborting. Why did she keep quiet until 7 months pregnant? Any reason given for that?

On a serious note, apparently Down's Syndrome is more likely to occur in an older woman, like Sarah Palin. I doubt that the baby is the daughter's.

Late night comedians must be having a tough time choosing between the two party candidates now. This McCain-Palin ticket could provide us with immense entertainment.

Oops! I forgot, we're not supposed to be making "sport" of this news

This is the perfect day for the Repubs to announce this pregnancy as the networks won't let go of the Hurricane Gustav story

she probably had it done early, as was mentioned already, older women are more at risk of giving birth to a downs syndrome child. certainly not unheard of for a woman to have a child at that age, it's happening more and more frequently.
and maybe she kept quiet because it was a higher risk pregnancy, and she also wanted some privacy-7 months is considered the time at which a premature infant can survive being born early.

This is the absolute bullsh*t that I hate throughout the whole damn election process. This will become on isssue...the Dems aren't gonna let them off that easy. But you are right Brian, if this was Obama's daughter, the far right would be on them like stink on sh*t. The mudslinging won't be any less than it has been for any past elections. The hypocrtical BS that will soon begin to spew from both campaigns would ALMOST be funny if if weren't so f*cking sad.
