In my experience, nowhere are the fillies nicer than Keeneland: not Belmont, not Santa Anita, and some might not believe this, but not at Saratoga, either.
The only place where the fillies might eclipse those at Keeneland is Del Mar, a track I've yet to visit.
I'm a firm believer in "good enough" anything beyond that is just icing on the cake.
