Great day of racing...usually great weather...a good way to get familiar with the facility for Breeders Cup Day. Maybe we'll get lucky and get to see RTR there.

BillW...book a Southwest flight to Long Island and stay at my home and we'll drive to the Jersey shore for the weekend :D It's only about 1 1/2 hours by car!

PS..if you thought the filly's were nice at Keeneland when we went in the spring...WAIT till the Monmouth meet starts up.

Hmmm, might just do that - it's a long trip all the way up to Saratoga - this would make a great rest stop :D . I'll get back!

For sure NOT BELMONT!!! The ONLY good looking fillies there are usually hanging onto the arms of one of the Dutrow brothers. The rest are ready for the shed :eek:

Talk about a tough time...all the local hotels are already sold out for Haskell weekend at Monmouth. Are they in trouble for Breeders Cup then!

I'm staying 17 miles away by Rutgers University in New Brunswick for Hskell weekend.:mad:
