Don't know why you would be betting that much on a Dubai race. There are other races to unload on....And I don't know the last time I bet on a horse at even money to win....Gimmick or avoid.

you were thinking it was a can't lose situation. harsh and expensive lesson to learn. you'll know better next time.
besides, those of us who know and love invasor knew he was the can't lose!! but no way i'd have unloaded the bank on him either!!

hang in there, it could always be worse...

Discreet Cat was a lot of hype, yes he's won before and looked good doing it. But you should have recognized that he was scratched from a race in Dubai earlier, that should have signaled there is a problem. Not to mention that he is a lightly raced horse compared to Invasor and Premium Tap. This race was pretty easy, I just took Inv with PT with all and Pt with Inv with all.
I was upset that PT couldn't win, but I can't complain since he was beaten by the best horse in the World.

premium tap should win a lot of money this year for his connections...and yes, invasor is the best in the world!

you're absolutely right , check the selections i went hard on invasor and premiun under. saw discreet at saratoga. he beat garbage that day. then he went on to beat valid notebook, big deal. the other 2 were racing against top notch comp all year. my warning i posted was buyer beware. people shouldn't read the hype the running is done on the track. you don't duck the competition for a year and then come back to beat them. even his win in cigar mile wasn't against much. invasor is a machine right now you better be fit and good to top him !
