for any TVG viewers, this is why Rick Perloff is so good. he has explained this AOC concept countless times and works the angle into his handicapping analysis. I look forward to Mondays and Tuesdays with Perloff handicapping the "lesser" tracks. he is constantly teaching on the first 2 days of the week. he is very good at identifying class drops and bumps even when they are not obvious. |
