one of my favorite memories from childhood was watching lawrence welk with my grandfather, he loved that show...but I don't know if I could call it great.
Yeah, I watched it with my parents...always hated it! All smiles, all white, and those damn bubbles! I really enjoy a lot of the "big bands" but his wasn't one!
