![]() Here's a question for you.Do you guys like the way Arrogate was developed, meaning as Baffert did without rushing him into graded stakes within 30 seconds of a maiden win, versus running them in Gr stakes by their second breath, which seems to have become the norm now in New York based trainers?

![]() Restricting ourselves to 3yo that missed the Triple Crown, Pletcher certainly gave Strong Hope, Left Bank, and Speightstown plenty of time to develop.
If anything, its easier to develop a late bloomer in NY, because they actually can still fill allowance races restricted to 3yos there. |
