Has to be War Story. He beat the fastest horse ever, Tu Brutus, by like 5 lengths last race!

I'm going with Send it In because 10f is much more commonly run than 12f, plus I thought, even with the perceived anti rail bias and slow pace, Tu Brutus was ridden weirdly.
