Of course, if you are the only one reading "a history book that isn't state run," maybe you are privy to special information that the rest of us don't have.
Oh so you assume that our founders never crossed the ocean in order to be free?

What happened to all of those trips to France? Did the founders of our country travel by dragons?

See I don't like you and you don't care for me at all. Unlike you I don't approach my ENEMY (you) playing semantics with a few lines out of many to win some e-debate.

Saul Alinsky tactics don't work on me. Get bold and challenge me like a man otherwise f. off.

Or keep poking me with a stick. I've got resources. Come at me.

In answer to your inquiry, most of the founding fathers did travel to Europe at some point in their lives, although I don't believe George Washington ever did. I just found your post humorous because you were saying a poster was "insulting your intelligence" at the same time you were posting some ignorant stuff.
We certainly disagree on a number of topics, that's true. I believe we agree on some others. I'm fine with debating politics with you (or anyone) any time on here. The only two things that annoy me about your style is that you tend to fly into wild overreaction about stuff and you seem to get really hostile when its pretty unwarranted.

"Get bold and challenge me like a man."
Ummm....we're in a discussion on the politics page of a horse racing forum. Its probably not that big of a deal.

Don't even try it.
Man up and mention the other ignorant things I said. Why not address all of them?

I SEE THROUGH YOU. You are the hostile person. Passive-aggressive behavior is bookmarked on your browser.

I'm not wrong about people. Look what happened to Riot. You have always been on my radar because of your posting style. You're a snippy little progressive loser who hides behind fake manners.

If we ever wake up as a populace these progressives with their snipping powers on forums will come to an abrupt end.

No one likes a person who crowbars back into a debate by taking one paragraph out of context to prove someone is wrong. Especially when they're the enemy.

Do you like being a traitor and enemy to the country you live in? Because since you play semantics then I'll play. That's what you are. It's time to stop being nice to the ENEMY.

You are the one calling for fundamental change to our constitution. Therefore, you have the motherfu.cking problem. If you don't like it then move to a country with stricter gun laws.

Stop making my fellow Americans criminals. Stop taking their livelihoods away, ENEMY.

It's not my fault most people are too stupid or scared to call it like it is.

LEAVE THIS COUNTRY NOW.

A lot of people on here know nothing about guns. That is obvious. There is a world of difference between an automatic firearm ( banned since the 1930's. available only with an extremely expensive Federal license that is extremely hard to obtain even with the cleanest background and a very convincing reason to need one, not to mention the firearm itself being extremely expensive and not easy to obtain,or on the black market where people don't generally check the local laws), and a semi-automatic firearm. There seems to be a lot of disinformation about gun shows also, many thanks to the state run media and ignorant or lying politicians. A background check is required at a gun show when the seller is not a private citizen. Most of the people selling guns at shows own stores or are licensed dealers who do require background checks. The term assault weapon was hijacked by anti-2nd Amendment politicians who wanted maximum fear factor. A true assault weapon would be fully automatic. The people of America are so easily duped it makes me sick.

World of difference in that you need to pull the trigger for each shot of a semi-automatic? So you have a clip with 40 rounds, how hard is it to pull the trigger 40 times?

FYI - a clip is what rounds of ammunition are shipped on for quick loading into a magazine. Guns don't have clips; they have magazines.

If you could pull the trigger 400 times a minute there wouldn't be much difference.

Hey hooves

--------------------------------------------------------------

Last Friday was a beautiful day in the bluegrass state. I was on the road to Paducah that day taking in the scenery. So nice of a day that I decided to make a short detour through Land of the Lakes.

No radio, phone on silent, just me and my mediocre mid-size sedan and the open road. Pure bliss.

I was happy. Truly happy in a great mood and then I return to "the grid."
Look at my phone and there is a text from my gf about the shooting. Heart drops to the floor of the car and my whole mood changes.

"You have got to be "cuss word" kidding me!" So now I've got a 3 hour trip back home thinking about what I'm going to see on television. I cried. Uncontrollable tears for a good 10 minutes thinking about what happened. I thought of all of those innocent adults and children.

I get home and first thing I see on t.v. is Geraldo Rivera saying we need to have every person that enters a school searched by a police officer. I immediately turned off the television and made my decision that we'll never really know everything. There were much more important things for our media to discuss.

That's not real grieving, IMO. That's evil. That's an agenda...the day of the tragedy. That's when my issue of protecting people comes into play.

You see, this country is in financial ruin...just like most of Europe and the rest of the world.

The global economy has been flat for the past 4 years after the economic collapse. We're in a depression and can't face it and really see it...thanks mostly to JP Morgan Chase and their food stamp scam.

It cannot continue and that is why they want semi-autos. The only thing they will do is take the guns from law-abiding citizens. And if you don't comply you will be charged, convicted and lose your right to own any weapon, vote, etc.

Plenty of Americans make pretty decent wages working for gun companies, selling guns at shows, etc. They will lose those jobs and income.

That's simply not fair. It's not fair nor is it honest to ban semi-autos and use this tragedy to get it done. This happened with the Patriot Act after 9/11.

We never learn. I want you to learn. I'm not that smart. I'm just a good researcher.

The debt our government has accumulated is super degenerate "I suck dick for $10" sociopath street ho bad. No if's, ands or $20 butt sex about it.

Good evening, DT.

Don't hate, masturbate.

He was an adult with Aspergers.....cant fix that. Miswired brains cant be fixed. He couldnt be forced to be in a home and he couldnt be commited or forced to take medication. Aspergers keeps people from having real feelings of empathy or sympathy. At the most they can have very structured lives that can help them function, but as I have seen my neighbors daughter with Autism go off when things change around her and she is only 6, she loses her shyte.

An automatic weapon is a firearm that reloads itself and keeps firing until the trigger is released..Is that correct?..Is an assault weapon auto or semi or both?..

To the anti-gun politician an "assault weapon" is anything with a pistol grip including pistols. Some would include pump action shotguns. A true assault weapon , in this day and age, would be full auto or able to fire in 3 or 5 round bursts.

Is this guy really the medical examiner?

Now it could be grieving, shock, whatever. Who grieves like that?

It looks like they got this guy out of an insane asylum.
