Romney is a man who could never gain traction in either 2008 or 2012. His fellow GOP primary candidates couldn't stand him due to his flip-flopping and lack of character. He won this GOP primary by running against $2500 claimers, never winning on quality, but because he had more money for slam ads against his fellow GOP.
The concept of this man as POTUS is truly scary to me - he's Bush redux, with the failed Bush foreign policy gurus directing him. The good thing: Lady Ann has said that once this is over, they are out of politics forever.
