The difference being that Calder isnt offering any races presently. I'm sure if NYRA shut down for 3 months they wouldnt have an issue with shipping to Philly Park during the downtime.
I agree it sucks what do you want for free? you want freedom it costs so go to Palm Meadows/Payson's and rent space. It sucks but it is well within there rights if horseman were aligned they would enter when Calder opens and just repeatly scratch once a week
