Yeah Riot, it makes me a conspiracist because I am stating the obvious, that paying doctors 70% less to treat seniors than what they can get paid treating those on Medicaid and private insurance plus penalizing hospitals who treat more seniors isn't a design to kill seniors instead of really trying to treat them.
