In fact, the guy who did the head stomping publicly demanded an apology from his victim. Do those losers represent all Rand Paul supporters? Libertarians? Tea Party supporters?

No - not remotely similar. I was talking about a Muslim woman being raped. But, now that you mention it, it's an instance like what happened at the Rand Paul rally that gets all non-Democrats labeled as rabble rousers and **** disturbers with Nancy Lugosi leading the chant.
