I agree...the entire program should have been shut down and given a fresh "felon free" start!

Yeah...interesting choice for him...I think I'd stay put! Another name I 've heard is that of "the old football coach"...would he leave So Carolina to step into that mess?

There might be zero chance of this-

But what about Houston Nutt from Ark? He's coming off a huge year, and it's most leikely that Ark won't be able to match that season on a year 2 year basis like LSU and Auburn and Florida can. I heard going into this season the Ark press and boosters were putting pressure on him too. Get out now while it's good, and jump up to a better progam all at the same time. I would... Now Who knows if MIA would go after him though...

Even if Nutt is like the 5th choice after a few coaches turn down the job- Take it Nutt and run lol

nutt is not a good fit at miami. to many trick plays and gimmick offense. thats what you do when you don't have enough talent . nutt saved his job at arky for this year but the next bad year he has, they'll call for his head again and they'll want the OC as HC..... a guy who was coaching high school 1 year ago.

schiano makes more sense. he was on the cane staff already but he's a jersey guy. he can go 7-4 every year at rutgers and be king for as-long -as he wants. he'd be crazy to leave.
the miami job is not a good job. the facilities are poor at best but they do take gangsters.

the Lsu staff is breaking up. the OC and HC hate each other and the OC is leaving and the DC wants a HC job.

last i heard, spurrier had flat turned down miami but was considering the Bama job. CSS would be nice at Bama and we'd win the NC in 2 or 3 years but CSS in only gonna coach 3-5 more years. i'd like Bama to get paul johnson fron navy. he could handle the pressure and has a Great resume.
