Monmouth Park's new whip rules

Forgive me if this has been discussed here. But what do you all make of the situation at MP that is developing regarding riders refusing to ride here because of the new whip rules? It seems to me that a very dangerous situation is being set up, not to mention a very unfavorable atmosphere in general. Steve, have you covered this on the show?

I was looking forward to going back to MP this season. I have been a volunteer "ambassador" for a few years, helping people learn to read the Form and understand how to bet, etc. What I see in the future gives me pause. I truly hope we can have a good meet, but...
