PK5 - 5 7 10 11 / 2 3 11 / 2 3 4 10 12 / 1 / 6 = $30 for $.50 R8 – G1 Humana Distaff #10 Wavell Avenue (3-1) – Breeders’ Cup F/M Sprint winner should be tighter 2nd off the bench. #6 Enchanting Lady (8-1) – Has the right style and it never hurts to have Castellano on board. #8 Taris (5-2) – She always brings it. #2 Stonetastic (3-1) – Looks to take them as long as she can. R9 – G2 American Turf (Turf 8.5F) #13 Azar (10-1) – Has enough ability to overcome wide draw and be in good striking position when it counts. #1 Airoforce (4-1) – Turf is his game and will appreciate returning to it. #3 Converge (5-1) – Hopefully he figures out how to leave the gate. Talented. #8 Shakhimat (5-1) – No secret in tactics, hit the front and hope to hold on late. #10 American Patriot (15-1) – Adds tremendous value underneath. R10 – G3 Pat Day Mile #11 American Freedom (6-1) – Debut was impressive and this could only be the tip of the iceberg. #12 Unbridled Outlaw (5-1) – Battled some good ones and now cuts back. #13 Star Hill (10-1) – Didn’t disgrace himself versus Derby types and fits here. #6 Sharp Azteca (8-1) – Steps up after making short work of rivals at Gulstream. R11 – G1 Woodford Reserve Turf Classic (Turf 10F) #8 Divisdero (15-1) – This seems to be the preferred distance and he had a big win on the Matt Wynn course last year. Lots to like. #10 Tourist (8-1) – Sharp return and seems to be sitting on his biggest career race. #12 Big Blue Kitten (5-2) – Turf champ demands respect enough in 1st race of 2016. #11 World Approval (20-1) – Is in good enough form to include with the heavyweights. R12 – G1 Kentucky Derby #1 Trojan Nation (50-1) – Draws the dreaded post and will be in a different zip code by the half mile pole. #2 Suddenbreakingnews (20-1) – He’ll do his best running late and could contend with right set up. #3 Creator (10-1) – Expecting him to hug the rail throughout before uncorking a late rally turning for home. #4 Mo Tom (20-1) – Must avoid traffic trouble for his best showing. #5 Gun Runner (10-1) – Win machine looks to get a favorable trip. #6 My Man Sam (20-1) – Seems to be peaking at the right time and has the potential to light up the toteboard. Dangerous. #7 Oscar Nominated (50-1) – Swimming in the deep end today. Must improve tremendously to contend. #8 Lani (30-1) – He might disrupt the start of the race, but his best strides late could be interesting. #9 Destin (15-1) – Figures to get a favorable trip, but must avoid the rust. #10 Whitmore (20-1) – Seems he’ll find himself toward the back of the pack and try to maneuver from there. #11 Exaggerator (8-1) – Experienced colt has the ability to overpower this field on his best. #12 Tom’s Ready (30-1) – Can never fully discount his trainer in this race. #13 Nyquist (3-1) – Champ is not the flashy type, but just gets the job done. Last furlong is a slight concern. #14 Mohaymen (10-1) – Expecting a huge bounce back race after he hit the quicksand in Florida Derby. #15 Outwork (15-1) – Lightly raced BIG colt is doing great in the mornings and looks to produce a nice run. #16 Shagaf (20-1) – One paced and he’s certainly bred for this distance. Must avoid traffic trouble. #17 Mor Spirit (12-1) – Tough draw, but has multiple gears that make him a threat for all slots. #18 Majesto (30-1) – Improving colt could be figuring it out at the right time. #19 Brody’s Cause (12-1) – Liked the way he split horses to win Blue Grass. #20 Danzing Candy (15-1) – He should be leading turning for home and could prove hard to reel in with the right pace.
