Default Belmont Wednesday May 20 Late Pick Four

Race 6:
#6 Ack Fiesty: Chad adds the shades off of a wide debut. Will look to show more pace which is crucial in these events.
#2 Without Fear: First two turf starts weren't disastrous and then he hit a slightly off track with the blinkers. A ridiculous trip last out when re-trying the grass. Hard to be confident on anything here so I'll use an absolute bomb.
#4 Memories of Peter: Best on form, but only four works off the break.
#1 Apollo Eleven: Lost first run and still almost won, however doesn't appear to have much turf breeding so I'm not sure where that performance came from. Rudy seems to run ITM rather than win MSW turf routes.

Race 7:
#2 Best Man: Form not bad if you ignore the turf try and the three attempts with the blinkers. Didn't run great in both AQU races either. Has already won at the 7f.
#3 Erik the Red: Will get a perfect setup in the event the two on the inside duel early. Seemed to hang at 6.5f, however.
#7 Oh Billy Billy: Other than the Cal-bred Stakes when something obviously went amiss his two dirt runs have been pretty good. Obvious step up and claimed from Jacobson, but this is far from a strong field.
#1 Gentrify: Lewis has had more time with him but his last is too hard to ignore. Might need another before he becomes a win contender.

Race 8:
#8 Lawyer Jim: Ran into trouble on numerous occasions in his winter campaign in Florida. Like his work pattern off the short freshining and he loves it firm at Belmont.
#9 Barrel of Love: The most plausible winner, and while this is by far the easiest he's faced in quite some time, a habit of not getting the job done when looking likely to doesn't inspire a lot of confidence.
#6 Analysis is SCR...
#3 Majestic Raffy: Generally thereabouts and can add a bit of value underneath.

Race 9:
#5 Broken Border is SCR...
#10 Courageisamajority is SCR...
#2 Fredaq: Looks likely to get away with a slow pace. Can improve on her last with the extra time between races.
#8 Is thatallthereis: Kept grinding one-paced off the shelf. Another that should move up with that fitness.
On the fence with the Clement runner (#7)...won't be a main play but will include in the P4.

$0.60 Late Pick Four
Race 6: 1, 2, 4, 6
Race 7: 2, 3, 7
Race 8: 8, 9
