Default Touchofstarquality?

Very impressive breaking his maiden at Belmont 2years ago and hasn't been heard from since. Just got a w/o notification this morning that he's back training in Fla. Anyone know what his issue(s) was/is?

Nevin trains for Jay Em Ess

He ran three times last year, the most recent of which was in June. Cleared the N1X at Aqueduct in April beating an overbet Pletcher horse, then finished 2nd behind Abraham in an allowance race before getting sidelined. He has some talent but clearly has many issues as well.
